Meanwhile, the paranormal in question is keeping a low profile, while cooking up a scheme to raise cash. Using the skills she gained during Joan Wayne’s career as a bio-geneticist, she modifies the V-45 that gives her super-power into a youth serum that she plans to peddle to the desparate (but old and wealthy) rich.
